Saturday, 23	7:00 – 7:30	Convention Registration
	7:30 – 8:30	General Session / Continental Breakfast
	8:30 – 5:30	Ranch Tours – Deseret Ranches (the largest cattle operation in the U.S.), and family owned cattle operations of Kempfer Cattle Co. and Double C Bar Ranch. This is a unique opportunity to tour legendary ranches and view Florida bred cattle, providing an opportunity to learn about cattle management and breeding practices utilized by these highly successful producers. Educational Sessions – Educational sessions by University of Florida and other agriculture related companies will be presented on the buses between ranch visits.
	5:30	Return to Gaylord Palms Hotel
	6:30	Cocktails
	7:00	Closing Banquet – This evening will bring a close to a successful convention and will culminate with a presentation from Clint Raulerson, famous South Florida poet & comedian.
	9:00-11:00	Dance & Closing of Silent Auction
